Art Supply Spotlight: Aen Art Glitter Gel Pens

Hello, fellow coloring enthusiasts! Oh my goodness, have I got a cool new brand of pens for you to check out.

Normally, I can’t say I would recommend colored pens for coloring books due to the nature of the medium. The nibs on pens are very small and you’ll probably end up with a very tired hand if you tried to apply the same kind of color coverage with a pen that you can get with larger-nibbed art supplies like markers or even crayons or colored pencils. However, the cool thing about gel pens is that the ink is thicker and more fluid than regular pen ink – so when using them, you’re sort of just dragging the gel ink around rather than scribbling.

And this listing I’m about to show you is GLITTERY!

SPARKLY!!!

I don’t think I’ve seen this much capability for full color coverage since I got really into the much more expensive (but revered for a reason!) Sakura Gelly Rolls as a kid. And the colors are so vibrant and varied, it’s crazy! It’s hard to find ink of that quality in pens you can buy in such bulk for such a cheap price.

If you’re just as excited as I was to discover this product, head on down to Amazon and pick up a pack for yourself for just $20!

And while you’re at it, if writing is more your style, check out one of our lovely new nature-themed lined journals!
